Who am I

This blog has not been shared anywhere so if you are reading this either you got lucky or have great stalking skills

I am a normal 53 year old woman living in London who finds herself fighting this battle with my body as it changes.  Before diagnosis it cost me my relationship as my head was all over the place.  Okay so it wasn't just the menopause, lockdown and not being in my own space didn't help matters and had a big something to do with my mental health and wellbeing.

I am facing this next stage in my life and rather than internalising it I have started  writing as I struggle solo with this life changing event.

I actually created this blog 7.5 years ago but never did anything with it.

Time to rectify that.
